I started working with Trish after previously working with another agent. Trish set a standard for excellence that cannot be matched. She knew exactly what needed to be done to the house to get the best price. Trish either recommended or hired the people we needed to prepare the home for sale. . She received quotes from everyone to make sure I received the best price. Trish knows the market inside and out and is always pleasant and professional. She is very smart and her follow through is exceptional. The proof is in the pudding and the house was sold above asking price on the first day it was on the market! As far as i am concerned, Trish has no peer and there would be no good reason to ever hire anyone else.

We have used Trish twice now on both the sales and purchases of our home. As you can imagine, it's a lot to coordinate both a sale and a purchase in a short amount of time, but Trish makes it seem easy! She is incredibly responsive - from the moment we reached out until after our transactions went through. She is great at giving honest advice and making sure that she shows you lots of homes so you can make an informed decision. On the sale of our home, Trish was confident that we'd have multiple offers that got us to sell over listing price, and she was right!
